Our Education Scotland Inspection findings 2024 now in the News Section 〰️
Welcome to West Kilbride Early Years Centre.
Our Aims & Values:
1. Provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment where children are motivated and encouraged to achieve their aspirations through exploratory play.
2. Ensure staff support the individual child and their family to learn through challenging, quality experiences within and beyond the early years setting.
3.Encourage the children to become independent, respectful and responsible citizens and to become aware of different environments in the world around them.
4. We will ensure our children, parents, carers and staff are treated with respect and in a fair and just manner, and diversity is recognised, valued and promoted in the early years centre.
5. Ensure our parents and carers are enabled to participate as equal partners in their childs learning and care.
6. Maintain effective partnerships with the wider community.
7. Take responsibility for identifying and maintaining continuous professional development of every staff member employed at West Kilbride Early Years Centre.
